Privacy Policy

None of these apps (iBaud, iNeuro40+ or Brain Sleeper) saves information online… or provides the developer or anyone access to information. All information/data resides strictly on your iPhone/iPad. Yes, there are things I could do to place this data on a cloud database, but these are simple apps designed to make it easy… and PRIVATE. For iNeuro40+ and Brain Sleeper, we have created a mechanism by which session data is saved and can be shared solely at the discretion of the user (Data button on the display). As a contributor, you can click on a button that creates an email form (assuming you have email configured on your device). The session data is shown in the email form; thus, you can see exactly what the app captures, and have the ability to supplement that information with comments and send to us.

Alternatively, you can simply delete the data: there is a button that enables you to do exactly that. There is no way anyone can get that information without the user explicitly walking through the steps and doing this manually.

This design choice comes at a risk to the developer in regards to not having any data to validate its efficacy. That data would be helpful in studying how best to enhance cognitive function; however, privacy is of a higher priority. If you are interested in sharing your session data, we would love that!

Should you want to back up your data using iTunes, you are more than welcome... No one here can access that data, anyway. If you choose to export your data, we have no way of knowing where you are taking your data.

We ensure we do not provide any facility, to our knowledge, to access your data on our apps! I wish all application vendors could state this type of Privacy Policy!
